The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience of ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code, qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans, executive compensation, and health and welfare benefits, as well as ESOP transaction experience. Job Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) Licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides 10+ years of experience working with ERISA, the IRC, qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans and executive compensation ESOP experience, particularly ESOP transaction experience preferred Book of business a plus, but not required Ability to build out a practice, with associate attorneys in the future Large law firm experience preferred Work Environment & Physical Demands: This job operates in a clerical, office setting.
