Duties:

• Handle employee benefits and executive compensation aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and transactions.
• Provide qualified plan counseling and address compliance issues.
• Represent clients in ERISA litigation matters.
• Draft legal documents, agreements, and compliance-related materials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on employee benefits and executive compensation laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of law firm or clerkship experience.

Education:
