- Conducting thorough factual investigations to aid in case preparation.
- Assisting attorneys in preparation for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
- Providing direct support during trial proceedings.
- Managing, organizing, and reviewing complex litigation documents.
- Proficiency in using document review platforms such as Relativity.
- Navigating electronic and paper filing procedures in both state and federal courts.
- Conducting effective legal research and maintaining a thorough working knowledge of relevant court rules.
- Utilizing collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams and Asana.
- Efficiently managing multiple projects and priorities for different attorneys simultaneously.
- Accurately recording billable hours.
- Willingness to work overtime and travel for trials as required.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Experienced Litigation Paralegal position must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
- Possession of a bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- A minimum of five years of litigation experience.
- Proven ability to work independently.
