Job Title: Real Estate Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
A Real Estate Paralegal at the law firm will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys, corporations, and financial institutions. The primary responsibilities include:

- Preparing and assessing contracts, lease agreements, and closing documents.
- Reviewing financing options, lending requirements, title affidavits, and bankruptcy claims.
- Acting as a liaison between property owners, landlords, clients, and attorneys to ensure clear communication.
- Conducting research and managing the distribution of real estate-related documents.
- Analyzing title documents and property legal descriptions for accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate documentation, including both physical files and electronic records.
- Addressing client inquiries and escalating more complex concerns when necessary.
- Keeping clients informed of the status and progress of real estate applications.
- Ensuring timely and accurate submission of legal documents.

Education and Experience Information:
The preferred educational qualification for this position is an Associate's degree in paralegal studies or a related field. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of real estate contracts, leases, mortgages, title documents, and closing processes. Additionally, excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are essential. The role requires excellent technology skills, strong communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for the Real Estate Paralegal position is $25-$35 hourly, plus bonus potential. This range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, experience, skill set, and office location. Relocation assistance is also available for qualified candidates.
