Michael Sullivan & Associates is seeking a Senior Attorney with 10+ years of Employment Law experience to join our growing Employment Law Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a well-established and reputable law firm with a strong focus on employment litigation defense.

H2: Looking for an Experienced Attorney to Defend School Districts in Employment Litigation
Job Competencies:
- 10+ years of Employment Law experience
- Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
- School district defense experience required
- Trial experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with public entity defense a plus
- Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees
- Member, State Bar of California in good standing
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Commitment to proactive case management
Tasks Performed:
- Litigation Defense & Risk Management for School Districts
- Strategic Counsel & Legal Guidance for School District Leadership
- Policy Development & Compliance for Educational Institutions
- Training & Development for School District HR and Administrators
