Job Title:
- e-Data Analyst

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years experience in a law firm or eDiscovery vendor environment
- Certifications or equivalent on-the-job experience with Relativity, LiveNote, CaseNotebook, and Trial Director

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with eDiscovery paralegals to design databases and establish workflows
- Generate reports and perform quality control on document productions
- Process electronic material in ecapture
- Provide assistance to legal teams with various litigation software
- Monitor changes in the litigation support software industry
- Maintain confidentiality on all matters
- Keep accurate time records
- Prepare material for distribution
- Assist in full-cycle electronic case data from inception to trial or case closing
- Analyze and solve problems quickly and accurately
- Work as part of a team to manage and track discovery data
- Provide strong customer service
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain fluency in standard MS Office applications
- Quickly master new litigation software

Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in litigation support or litigation paralegal background with strong technical skills
- Ability to analyze and implement solutions with the eDiscovery paralegal
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of business information systems
- Fluency in standard MS Office applications
- Ability to quickly master new litigation software
