Job Title:
Senior Manager, Contracts and Litigation
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to attorneys and assist other team members in performing their duties and responsibilities.
- Respond to inquiries from General Managers and corporate stakeholders related to hotel-level and above-property contracts with vendors and other service providers.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including group sales agreements, crew accommodation agreements, and OTA agreements.
- Provide support to hotels needing assistance in registering their hotels to bid and accept . government business.
- Offer entity formation and entity management support.
- Provide guidance to clients on vendor disputes and guest issues.
- Conduct and summarize legal research as requested.
- Draft and respond to legal correspondence and memoranda.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
Education and Experience:
- Two-year college degree.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required.
- Hospitality experience required.
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with database functionality and operation.
