Job Title: Senior Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:

- Work hands-on with company employment and labor projects as assigned by attorneys.
- Support M&A activity and other strategic transactions, including NDAs, due diligence, and virtual data site and post-closing administration and integration.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the organization and processing of legal invoices.
- Assist corporate attorneys with domestic and international litigation through outside counsel as necessary.
- Manage and update various internal corporate and employment policies and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct legal research on topics as assigned by attorneys and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
- Design and complete special projects as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:

- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree.
- Paralegal certificate from an accredited school or program.
- Experience on a legal team at a tech company or at a firm supporting tech companies.
- Proven ability to build new processes and create efficiencies by using technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including collaborating with various internal and external partners.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and dedication to the details.
- Fast learner and self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work and communicate cross-functionally, globally, and across cultures.
- Ability to understand full scope of business operations and advise on implications of various actions.

Salary Information:

The annual US base salary range for this role is $89,900- $124,800 USD. The company's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
