Are you an experienced employee benefits attorney looking for a new opportunity? Schwabe Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our team in Portland or Seattle. With offices in seven key industry sectors, we offer a diverse and dynamic environment for our attorneys to thrive and grow.

As an Employee Benefits Attorney at Schwabe, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of industries and transactions. Our ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in designing, drafting, and amending qualified retirement plans, as well as experience with other tax-favored retirement plans. In addition, we are looking for someone with strong legal research, writing, and communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ownership of projects and a strong client service ethic.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $250,000, with potential for even higher compensation based on a portable book of business. In addition, employees are eligible for a discretionary merit bonus and consideration at the end of each calendar year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and welfare plans and professional development opportunities.
