Position Description:
- Seeking highly motivated and experienced Benefits Senior Counsel
- Must have minimum of five years of significant benefits experience in private practice
- Experience with qualified retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and executive & deferred compensation arrangements required
- Supporting benefits and compensation in M&A, ERISA litigation and withdrawal liability experience is a plus
