Job Title: Counsel Pensions, Benefits & Investments

Job Responsibilities:
The counsel will be a part of the law firm's industry-leading Pensions, Benefits & Investments Group and will be responsible for handling private funds investment matters. Key responsibilities include:

- Engaging in private funds across various asset classes or public market transactions.
- Managing projects efficiently and effectively, with a willingness to take ownership of significant deals.
- Providing legal expertise and guidance in private funds investment, either on the manager or investor side.

Education and Experience Information:
The position requires:

- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in private funds investment.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Experience working on private funds in different asset classes and/or public market transactions.
- Admission to the bar in the state where the candidate applies.

Salary Information:
The salary range for a counsel with 8+ years of experience at the law firm is between $175,000 to $230,000 annually. The actual compensation will depend on various factors, including the candidate’s qualifications and experience. It is important to note that counsel roles at the law firm are not on the partner track.
