H2: Overview

Senior Manager, Business Development & Marketing (Litigation) at **Members Only** is a highly visible, hands-on, results-oriented position. This role will serve as the primary business development and marketing lead for the firm’s Litigation Department.

H2: Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Litigation Department and practice groups’ strategies and business plans
- Incorporate knowledge of sectors and relevant industries into business strategies
- Work with practice group chairs and key partners to develop and implement business development and marketing plans
- Support attorneys in their targeted business development efforts
- Monitor and report pursuits to analyze activity and win new business
- Serve as a client account manager for key accounts
- Conduct client feedback sessions on a regular basis
- Leverage marketing technology to identify leads and track opportunities
- Assist with the integration of lateral partners and counsel
- Oversee the creation and regular updating of customized content for pitches and marketing materials
- Work with the communications and PR team to build profiles for the practice groups
- Produce and manage seminars, receptions, webinars, and other marketing-oriented events
- Evaluate sponsorships and opportunities to participate in various directories
- Provide coaching and training to attorneys
- Guide attorneys on effectively communicating unique value propositions
- Directly supervise a BD&M Manager and provide oversight to a BD&M Specialist
- Build trusted and productive relationships with attorneys and colleagues
- Recommend, direct, and support traditional marketing activities
- Work collaboratively with the necessary marketing support team
- Provide discipline and structure to advance projects and plans
- Incorporate Return on Investment (ROI) mentality in all business development activities and expenditures

H2: Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive business development and/or marketing experience, including three (3) years of litigation experience in legal services or professional services
- Proven revenue growth, client relationship management, and practice group strategy & management experience
- Large client/account management cross-selling experience and people management experience also required

H2: Salary Information
- Salary range for Chicago based position: $160,700 - $241,100
- Salary range for Los Angeles based position: $167,700 - $251,600
- Salary range for New York or Washington DC based position: $174,900 - $262,400
- Actual offered amount will be determined based on education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity at **Members Only**.
