Job Title: Legal Intake & Sales Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the compassionate voice of the law firm by fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need.
- Screen and survey potential cases to determine the right fit for the law firm's practice.
- Conduct sales calls with qualified leads and prospective customers.
- Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team to grow the prospective client base.
- Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency.
- Supervise new client onboarding and manage current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure cases are managed efficiently.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous legal experience is highly valued.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- CRM and case management software experience is a plus.
- Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically is a must.
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills.
