Job Title: Practice Technology Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
The Practice Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and adoption of legal technology platforms within practice groups, with a particular focus on AI-powered tools and practice efficiency solutions. The role involves assisting in technology evaluations, supporting pilot programs, and providing technical support for the firm's practice technology platforms. The analyst plays a crucial role in expanding the use of innovative legal technologies to enhance lawyer efficiency and improve client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the evaluation, testing, and implementation of emerging legal technology platforms, including generative AI solutions and other practice innovations.
- Preparing and maintaining training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles for practice technology platforms.
- Providing first-level technical support for practice technology platforms, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Monitoring technology adoption rates and system usage, and creating reports to identify opportunities for increased engagement.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and support procedures.
- Assisting with user onboarding and basic training for practice technology solutions.
- Staying informed about legal technology trends and developments through research and professional development.
- Participating in technology demonstrations and awareness sessions for practice groups.
- Assisting with data gathering and analysis to support technology decision-making.
- Maintaining communication with technology providers regarding support issues and feature requests.
- Complying with department and firm administrative procedures and policies.
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree is required.

- Familiarity with GenAI legal technology platforms commonly used in law firms.
- Understanding of legal workflows and practice needs.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A basic understanding of data analytics concepts is desirable.
Salary Information:
The anticipated pay range for the Practice Technology Analyst role varies by location and is as follows:
- New York City: $84,900 - $129,450
- Boston/Chicago/DC/LA: $81,000 - $123,550
- San Francisco/Silicon Valley: $88,700 - $135,300
The position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The actual offered rate will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
