Job Title: Data + Design Business Intelligence Architect

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain automated data pipelines to support business intelligence, marketing analytics, CRM integration, and campaign performance tracking.
- Build and manage APIs to connect marketing platforms such as Dynamics 365, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc., with internal systems.
- Architect and optimize data models and datasets to support marketing KPIs, funnel analysis, and customer journey insights.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts on the design and development of Power BI dashboards, focusing on user experience to ensure they are intuitive, visually engaging, and tailored for marketing users and revenue generators.
- Work with marketers and business developers to understand their workflows and design data tools that enhance usability and decision-making.
- Champion UX best practices in dashboard layout, interactivity, and storytelling to drive adoption and engagement.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Identify and correct data quality issues to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.

Education and Experience Information:

- 2-3+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python and SQL, with the ability to apply them in data transformation, automation, and dashboard development.
- Experience in the Microsoft data stack, including Azure, Power BI, SQL Server, Power Automate, etc.
- Experience with API development and integration, especially with marketing and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to design user-centric dashboards that balance technical depth with visual clarity and ease of use.
- Solid understanding of UX principles as they apply to data visualization and self-service analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and business teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Salary Information:

For District of Columbia applicants: The annual compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000. Compensation is determined based on qualifications and experience. This position is considered full-time and is eligible for employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as elective/voluntary life, disability, and accident coverage. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the firm's 401k plan.

For California applicants: The annual compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000. Compensation is determined based on qualifications and experience. This position is considered full-time and is eligible for employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as elective/voluntary life, disability, and accident coverage. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the firm's 401k plan.

For Colorado applicants: The annual compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000. Compensation is determined based on qualifications and experience. This position is considered full-time and is eligible for employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, as well as elective/voluntary life, disability, and accident coverage. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the firm's 401k plan.

For Illinois applicants: The annual compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $80,000. Compensation is determined based on qualifications and experience.
