Job Title: Foreclosure Processor

Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to status inquiries
- Document preparation and quality control
- Update internal processing systems
- Update and monitor client’s third-party systems
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and borrowers
- Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Education and Experience Information:
- High School Diploma required
- Entry-level position, office experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel) preferred
- Prior experience in foreclosure processing client systems preferred
- Previous law firm or loan processing experience preferred
- Must be organized and multi-task oriented
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
- Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change
- Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever necessary

Salary Information:
