Job Title: Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
The role involves managing large cases and handling document-intensive litigations. The candidate must be proficient in using legal technologies such as Essential Forms and Westlaw, as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe. The paralegal will be expected to demonstrate excellent writing and proofreading skills, and have knowledge of local and State court rules. Superior interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as the role requires professional interaction with clients. The candidate should be proactive, dependable, and able to work well under time constraints with a positive attitude and team player approach.
Education and Experience Information:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a stable work history in the legal field. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, it is not essential for this position. Experience with Abacus and/or other time-keeping systems is also beneficial. The candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of typing at least 60 words per minute.
Salary Information:
The position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Additional Information:
The position is full-time, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday. The candidate must have the ability to commute to or relocate to San Francisco, CA 94102 before starting work. The work location is in person at the law firm.
