Responsibilities:
- Prepare legal documents and file in state and federal court
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties involved
- Conduct legal research and factual investigation
- Assist with discovery requests and responses
- Coordinate depositions and prepare trial binders and exhibits
- Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs
- Aid attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests
- Assist with witness preparation and case settlements
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
- Completion of nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Experience in personal injury or other injury related practice areas (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm setting
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 USD
