Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Event & Hospitality Manager to join our team at a law firm in Los Angeles. This full-time, in-office role offers the opportunity to plan and execute a variety of events for both local and nationwide offices. From holiday parties to employee engagement events, this is your chance to shine and create unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage a variety of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events with flair
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, clients, and other departments to bring events to life
• Oversee events from start to finish, including budgeting, analytics, and post-event reporting
• Coordinate all aspects of events, from setup to cleanup
• Maintain accurate records for all events and hospitality functions
• Manage on-site coordination, including setup, signage, registration, and tech requirements
• Oversee hospitality needs for local and national offices
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in executing multiple events across various cities in the US
• Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry for engagement activations and menu creation
• Excellent communication skills, especially with C-suite and clients
• Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, and graphic design tools
• Experience managing a team and working across time zones
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Ability to travel locally and nationally to our offices

Salary:
The expected salary range for this position is between $70,000-$105,000, with adjustments based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
