Job Title: New Business and Conflicts Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform conflict of interest searches for new clients, new matters, and new hires.
- Assist with changes and closes for clients and matters.
- Research corporate information pertinent to client and matter intake.
- Create new client and matter entries and update client information in the accounting database.
- Communicate with various personnel within the law firm to obtain the requisite information to process new clients and matters.
- Assist with other duties related to the resolution and clearance of new business and conflicts issues as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- The candidate must possess excellent analytical and research skills.
- The candidate should be able to exercise independent judgment.
- The candidate should be capable of working efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Salary Information:
The salary for the New Business and Conflicts Analyst position varies based on location and other factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, and professional certifications. The anticipated pay range is as follows:
- San Francisco and Silicon Valley: - per hour
- Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: - per hour
- Salt Lake City and all other locations: - per hour
The compensation may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. A highly competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
