Job Title: Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence at the law firm is tasked with spearheading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. This includes managing process workflow and systems improvement projects to support cross-department collaboration. The role involves designing, documenting, and refining effective business processes, monitoring and identifying operational pain points, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing solutions. The Senior Analyst will also provide hands-on support in executing strategic goals and road mapping, offering oversight and guidance to key stakeholders. Additionally, the position requires driving senior leadership reporting, cultivating trusting relationships, and engaging stakeholders across the program. Designing, developing, and deploying data-driven program performance and efficiency metrics and dashboards are also key responsibilities, aimed at communicating analytical findings, outcomes, and insights to business stakeholders.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence position must hold a . or . degree, with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in strategy and operations, project management, product management, analytics, or related fields is required. A proven ability to collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret both quantitative and qualitative data is essential. A Six Sigma Certification (minimum Yellow Belt) and/or Certificate in Editing is preferred. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required. The role demands the ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail, high determination, and results-oriented mindset are crucial. Effective written and verbal communication skills are necessary for interaction with both VP-level stakeholders and mid-level stakeholders. The position requires executive presence and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across numerous stakeholders. Critical thinking and the ability to perform well under pressure and ambiguous situations are also essential.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence position at the law firm is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum salary that the law firm believes it is willing to pay for the advertised position at the time of posting. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.

The firm also helps manage and mitigate risks in the online space, addressing issues such as data access, account takeover, cyber harassment, child safety, and government or regulatory investigations.
