Job Title: New Business and Conflicts Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the New Business and Conflicts Analyst at the law firm include supporting the firm's Conflicts team by managing potential conflicts of interest related to client and matter intake, as well as new attorney and staff hiring. Key duties involve performing conflict of interest searches for new clients, new matters, and new hires. The analyst will assist with changes and closures for clients and matters, research corporate information, and create new client and matter entries while updating client information in the accounting database. The role requires communication with various personnel within the firm to obtain the necessary information for processing new clients and matters. Additionally, the analyst will assist with other duties related to the resolution and clearance of new business and conflicts issues as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
A is required for this position. The candidate must possess excellent analytical and research skills and be able to exercise independent judgment. The ability to work efficiently and independently with a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism is essential for this role.

Salary Information:
The job location primarily listed is Palo Alto, but other locations may be available. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position varies by location:

- San Francisco and Silicon Valley: - per hour
- Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: - per hour
- Salt Lake City and all other locations: - per hour

Compensation for this position may include overtime and a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. The law firm offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
