Duane Morris LLP, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join their Class Action group in multiple offices. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator with a passion for handling cutting edge class action work.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in complex litigation, preferably with a focus on defending class action lawsuits. A strong background in employment law, including discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, and consumer fraud, is desired. Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills are also required.
This position is open in several locations, including Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Texas (Austin, Dallas or Houston), and California (Los Angeles or San Francisco). Candidates must have the requisite bar admission for the respective states. A part-hybrid work environment is available for this role.
Salary Information:
• Target annual pay range: $350,000+
• Actual pay will vary depending on relevant experience, skill-set, current business needs, and market factors
• Compensation range is just one component of Duane Morris' total compensation package for employees
• Other components may include discretionary bonuses, incentive packages, and firm-sponsored benefit programs

Experience Information:
• 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation
• Experience in defending class action lawsuits, preferably in employment law
• Superior academic credentials and research and writing skills required
Responsibilities:
• Handle cutting edge class action work
• Defend class action lawsuits in various areas, such as employment discrimination, workplace privacy, EEOC/DOL, wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategy
• Attend court hearings and depositions
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals
