Law Firm Seeking Experienced Attorney Coach and Trainer in Labor and Employment Law

- Full-time position available in various locations including Dallas, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Houston, and Austin
- Opportunity to work with a team of 950+ attorneys nationwide
- Develop proactive strategies and strong policies for employers in the field of labor and employment law
- Provide one-on-one coaching and hold office hours for attorney development
- Collaborate with the Learning and Professional Development Team to identify and address training needs
- Create, facilitate, and deliver training programs using various methods
- Travel may be required for in-person training sessions and conferences
- Proven ability to create, facilitate, and deliver training programs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing needs
- In-depth knowledge of labor and employment law
