Job Title: Senior Business Development Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development Manager in developing and achieving key strategic objectives for assigned business units.
- Take direct responsibility for business development (BD) and marketing over specific key projects for selected business units.
- Prepare tailored client and prospect pitch decks, proposals, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This includes writing and editing copy, proofreading, production, distribution, and attorney follow-up. Obtain and document client consent to use names, logos, and matter descriptions.
- Gather, write, and update representative experience descriptions and capability statements to support proposals, marketing materials, and directory submissions.
- Track and record Return on Investment (ROI) from business development and marketing activities in Salesforce. Prepare reports as requested for Marketing Leadership.
- Research and identify potential events and other strategic business development activities for individual professionals and assigned business units.
- Prepare compelling legal directory, survey, and ranking submissions that raise the profile of the practices and partners.
- Assist with mailing list updates and prepare marketing communications, including client alerts, newsletters, and event and webinar invitations.
- Update website content with the MarTech team, including deal news, speaking engagements, bio, and practice area pages.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
- 3-5 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong writing, editorial, and proofreading skills, along with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the consistent ability to meet deadlines.
- Exceptional client service skills, strong influencing and negotiating skills, and an ability to persuade others to deliver.
- Technologically savvy with demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven ability to self-manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Salary Information:
The base annual pay range for this role is between $72,000-$80,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location, and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
