Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with over 200 attorneys, is seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Estates & Trusts Tax Paralegal to join our team in Albany, Buffalo, Florida or Rochester. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing estate and gift tax returns, fiduciary income tax returns, and court accountings while working with a team of highly dedicated professionals.
As an Estates & Trusts Tax Paralegal, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, liberal arts, or a closely related field is required, along with knowledge and experience with taxing authorities and demonstrated writing and tax preparation ability.
