Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to management and HR professionals on a range of employment-related issues, including employee and labor relations, discipline and terminations, and internal investigations.
- Facilitate legal training and manage outside counsel on employment litigation matters and administrative charges.
- Stay up-to-date on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations, and use this knowledge to support Apple's high ethical and corporate standards.

Qualifications:
- JD or equivalent degree and admission to at least one US state bar.
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience.
- Excellent knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations, including ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, and NLRA.
- Experience managing and completing complex projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work directly with management.
- Sense of humor and commitment to professionalism.

Salary and Benefits:
- Base pay for this role is determined within a range and is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- The base pay range for this role is between $193,000 and $290,100.
- Apple employees also have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in discretionary employee stock programs.
