Job Responsibilities:
As an Intake Operator at the law firm, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming communications. Your primary duties will involve managing and triaging incoming calls, ensuring prompt and professional attention to each caller. This includes:
- Caller Interaction: Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients, established clients, and vendors. Provide courteous and professional assistance, addressing initial questions and concerns.

Education and Experience Information:
