Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect potential customers through methods such as cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives to convert clients and provide quick turnaround.
- Maintain the client database to ensure the sales team can access current information on all leads.
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure company goals are achieved.
- Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele.
- Conduct initial client consultations to sell legal services.
- Oversee the smooth transition of new cases to the legal team.
- Follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the law firm.
- Maintain a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma or GED is required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field.
- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Current . driver’s license and the ability to travel by car.

- Ability to build relationships with different personalities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in person, over the phone, and via Zoom.
- Ability to think on their feet and remain undiscouraged when plans change.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn about new topics, such as the immigration and criminal justice systems.
- Ability to treat all client interactions with care and compassion.
- Understanding of the importance of policies and procedures.
- Team player with respect and integrity.
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft products and specialized cloud-based software.
- Superb interpersonal and time management skills.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to enter information into client databases.
- Prior sales and customer service experience are required; legal experience is not required as the law firm provides training on case progression through the legal system.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities.
