Job Title: Client Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Client Manager is tasked with maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction through regular meetings and discussions, monitoring client systems, and driving productivity for assigned clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting periodic client meetings to discuss service levels, plan utilization, client retention, and performance.
- Proactively managing client portfolios and determining strategies to manage them, including monitoring client SLAs and scorecards.
- Collaborating closely with operations staff and potentially providing training on client-specific directives.
- Serving as an escalation contact to ensure client issues are addressed by the appropriate teams.
- Ensuring clients are informed of any changes related to processes and procedures, including operational changes.
- Partnering with internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues or problems presented by clients and compliance.
- Managing client expectations and soliciting feedback on the law firm's performance.
- Strategically focusing on client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and managing the overall client relationship.
- Working to maintain and grow client relationships while ensuring ongoing customer service.
- Driving more volume in new and existing states and building relationships with client liaisons.
- Maintaining appropriate escalation contacts at clients and building knowledge around default portfolios in multiple states.
- Understanding client scorecards, metrics/SLAs, directives, or best practices thoroughly.
- Keeping abreast of assigned client audits and findings and managing client volume trends, market share, and performance.
- Attending assigned client calls and assisting in the management of those calls.
- Partnering with operations to ensure client feedback is communicated to appropriate departments and pushing operations managers to meet client SLAs.
- Conducting weekly or monthly check-in calls with clients one-on-one.

Education and Experience Information:
- A college degree is required.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Default industry is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary.
- The candidate should be highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- The candidate should be a strong team player and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- A self-starter with exceptional problem-solving abilities is needed.
- The ability to adjust to the rapid pace of the department and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality is essential.
- The candidate should be able to occasionally work evenings or weekends to complete objectives.
- The ability to travel occasionally as the position requires (no more than once a quarter) is needed.
- Exceptional customer service skills and proven excellence in building and maintaining relationships are required.
- A strong commitment to quality standards and proven prioritization and organizational skills are necessary.
- The ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly react to change in a positive and productive manner is required.
- The candidate should be able to handle all essential tasks assigned and lead and deliver excellent service to clients.

Salary Information:
- The pay type is salary-based.
