Job Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Coordinator position is integral to supporting the marketing and business development objectives of the law firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of the law firm's brand and marketing communication strategy across digital platforms such as social media, email marketing, the firm website, and blog sites.
- Ensuring that all digital marketing efforts and communications align with the firm's goals, policies, and tone, maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Identifying and executing improvements to processes, content, and brand awareness.
- Preparing marketing activity reports and metrics to measure success.
- Conducting market research and competitive analyses.
- Supporting the maintenance and development of external and internal tools, including websites, blogs, social media channels, intranet sites, and CRM systems.
- Furthering professional knowledge and education by regularly sharing best practices, ideas, and tactics with the team, attorneys, and other firm departments.
- Providing back-up graphic design support, creating and editing marketing collateral materials, social media graphics, presentations, and advertisements under the direction of the Creative & Brand Specialist.
- Collaborating with colleagues across various practices, marketing, business development, administrative, and executive teams to help achieve business objectives.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets and marketing materials.
Education and Experience Information:
- An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
- Two to five years of relevant work experience in a professional services firm, digital marketing role, B2B marketing agency, or equivalent is preferred.
- A strong background in social media, websites, blogs, email marketing tools, and graphic design is essential.
- Experience with social media marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Sprout Social is required.
- Proficiency in image and graphics editing using applications like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva is necessary.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools is expected.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore or similar content management systems and a basic understanding of HTML is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint is needed.
- Familiarity with email marketing, SEO concepts and techniques, and email campaign procedures is required. Knowledge of or willingness to learn about state and local bar association rules regarding communications with clients and non-clients is necessary.
