Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, tactics, and procedures using data-driven insights.
- Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Drive the implementation of the firm’s strategic business development plan, focusing on cross-selling, client retention and growth, and lateral integration efforts.
- Create and implement actionable business development plans for offices, practices, and industries.
- Foster collaboration with other administrative departments to support client growth initiatives.
- Develop a cohesive brand strategy that positions the firm as an elite mid-market firm and differentiates it from competitors.
- Lead the firm’s digital marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
- Oversee the development and management of the firm’s website, content strategy, and analytics.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the firm’s online presence and competitive positioning.
- Plan and execute high-caliber internal and external events.
- Manage vendor relationships for marketing tools and systems.
- Provide leadership that establishes credibility with firm leaders, attorneys, staff, and clients.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional services and/or legal marketing.
- Extensive experience leading a team of marketing and business development professionals.
- Strong executive presence and ability to translate vision into action.
- Familiarity with marketplace trends and ability to implement innovative solutions and improvements.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to travel to other firm offices as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
