Job Title: Senior Business Development Coordinator - (Hybrid Schedule)

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and implementing business development strategies for RS Legal Solutions, a group within the law firm that focuses on AI strategy, technology assessment, e-discovery, and transaction management. The role involves working closely with the Director of Client Development and liaising across various practice groups to enhance the group's profile, strengthen client relationships, and create collaboration opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

- Interacting with group leaders and members to support firmwide business development activities and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Coordinating pitch materials, presentations, and responses to Requests for Proposals, including content review and editing.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of proposal content and capabilities.
- Ensuring client follow-up post-pitch, tracking actions, and assessing feedback to enhance win rates.
- Managing contributions and input related to group members' experience and client information into business development systems such as CRM and Foundation.
- Drafting and editing marketing collateral, including practice area descriptions and biographies, and facilitating updates to the firm's website and intranet.
- Collating content for internal newsletters and marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the group's capabilities within the firm.
- Preparing and drafting submissions for major awards and legal directories to enhance the group's positioning.
- Assisting in the development of agendas and presentations for strategy meetings and preparing meeting summaries.
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing communications channels, including social media, in consultation with the digital team.
- Working with communications and media staff to identify and pursue PR opportunities in key legal trade and industry publications.
- Supporting brand positioning efforts, including managing conference sponsorships, client presentations, seminars, and webinars.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
Education: A college degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.

Experience: Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing-related field, including at least one year of business development experience and demonstrated project leadership. Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred. Previous experience in marketing, public relations, events, or media is beneficial, along with an interest in and understanding of the legal business environment and industry terminology. Candidates should have experience working independently and within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment.

Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new database systems.
- Extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and self-directed with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates sound professional judgment and a high degree of poise and professionalism when interacting with internal and external contacts.
- Comfortable establishing effective working relationships across the firm.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions: The role requires working in the office at least three days per week, with potential for hours in excess of the normal daily schedule as discussed with the supervisor.

Salary Information:
The anticipated salary range for the position varies by location:
- Pittsburgh/Dallas: $84,000 - $95,800
- Chicago/Philadelphia: $90,000 - $102,506
