- 10+ years of experience working with ERISA, the IRC, qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans and executive compensation
- ESOP transaction experience is preferred
- Book of business a plus, but not required
- Ability to build out a practice, with associate attorneys in the future
- Large law firm experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $300,000 to $340,000 and is dependent on factors such as portable business, experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands and other business and organizational needs.
