• Experience with executive compensation arrangements, equity compensation plans, and tax qualified plans
• Experience in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and other forms of business transactions
• Comparable law firm experience
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent document drafting skills

Law Firm is offering a competitive salary of $250,000 – $325,000 for the successful candidate.
