You will also be responsible for monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, developing and reviewing company policies, and providing training to ensure compliance with employment laws. Additionally, you will draft and negotiate employment-related documents and lead or support internal investigations related to employment and human resources issues. You will also represent the company in employment-related disputes and litigation and oversee outside counsel for employment matters.
