Law firm Carmody Torrance Sandak & Hennessey LLP is seeking an experienced attorney with a minimum of five years of experience to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans, and the benefits side of merger & acquisition transactions. Experience handling employer-side general labor and employment matters would also be ideal. The position may be filled at the Associate or Counsel level, depending on experience.

• Minimum of five years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law.
• Experience with qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and/or health welfare plans.
• Benefits side of merger & acquisition transactions.
• Experience handling employer-side general labor and employment matters.
• Must be licensed to practice in Connecticut.
