Lee Allbritton and Alysa Schildcrout are the founders of Amicus attorney placement services. Allbritton is a native Texan who currently works out of Amicus Search Group's Austin office. He has worked in legal recruiting since 1997 and has successfully placed more than 500 attorneys since then. Prior to entering the recruiting field, Allbritton worked for an Am Law 100 law firm, as well as for a trial boutique in Texas. He holds his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and his JD from the University of Houston Law.

Schildcrout has been a recruiter since 1996 and specializes in partner, practice group and, in-house counsel placement, as well as mergers and acquisitions. She holds an MBA from Texas Technical University and an undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
