S&C Advising ENN Energy Holdings and China Petroleum & Chemical for $2.2 Billion Deal
Sullivan & Cromwell is advising ENN Energy Holdings and China Petroleum & Chemical in their cash offer bid to take over the Hong Kong firm China Gas Holdings. ENN is a major firm in the Chinese natural gas distribution market and China Petroleum (also know as Sinopec) is Asia's largest petrochemicals refiner. S&C's corporate partners Chun Wei, Kay Ian Ng, and Gwen Wong in Hong Kong are working on the deal along with two London based corporate partners in representing the bidding companies.
