Senior Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for planning, designing, and executing comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and process workflows to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves working closely with project teams, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to uphold quality standards, mitigate risks, and verify that solutions meet user requirements and align with industry best practices. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning testing in accordance with project requirements and delivery schedules
- Designing and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases from business and technical requirements
- Troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating issues observed during testing
- Developing and refining quality acceptance standards for testing requirements and processes
- Analyzing deficiencies within the system performance and preparing recommendations for system resolutions
- Collaborating with IT, end users, and selected vendors to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards and best practices
- Creating and maintaining quality assurance testing environments
- Executing and maintaining automated tests, troubleshooting and fixing issues, and reviewing results
- Tracking, reporting, and presenting testing outcomes to the project team, senior management, and project sponsors
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least seven (7) years of related work experience
- Advanced knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodology
- Advanced knowledge of JIRA, TestRail, and other quality assurance testing tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Experience with test management tools
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and under own direction and initiative
Salary Information:
The target hiring range for the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst position is $107,000 - $150,000. Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that the law firm provides to compensate and recognize staff professionals for their work. Full-time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
