Law Firm Seeking Experienced Associate in Tax and Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice
Are you an experienced attorney looking for a new opportunity? **Members Only**, a top international law firm, is conducting a national search for a qualified Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits. This position will be based in one of our offices in Boston, Chicago, Washington, ., Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, San Francisco, or Silicon Valley.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues, as well as a broad understanding of transactional executive compensation and benefits matters. Strong knowledge of tax, securities, and other relevant laws associated with these matters is also required.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits
- Strong understanding of company representation and compensation disclosure issues
- Broad knowledge of transactional executive compensation and benefits matters, including tax, securities, and other relevant laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
