Proskauer, a global law firm, is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team and provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Firm supported software and hardware. With over 800 lawyers in key financial centers around the world, Proskauer is known for their pragmatic and business-savvy approach, making them the go-to choice for complex and game-changing matters.

Responsibilities:

- Provide 1st level technical support and guidance to users of the Firm's computer, network, and telephone systems
- Generate incident and service request tickets and dispatch appropriate IT personnel
- Follow up to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues and requests
- Provide phone support for all Firm personnel and maintain a strong working knowledge of current and future Firm-supported technologies
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Firm's IT knowledge base
- Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in an Information Technology Help Desk role
- Knowledge of IT operations, responsibilities, workflow processes, and procedures
- Experience supporting legal industry specific applications such as Document Management System, lnnova, Intapp Time, Litera Compare/Review/Check, and more
- Experience with IT Service Management systems and ACD systems
- Solid hardware troubleshooting skills including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Working knowledge of various computer software such as Windows, MAC OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and more
- Certifications such as A+/Network+, Microsoft MCP/MOS, and Help Desk Certification are a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operation is a plus
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills and sound judgment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with end users, peers, and management

This full-time position will cover the Monday – Friday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET shift and may require periodic physical presence in Proskauer's offices as business needs require.
