As a Pricing and Legal Project Management Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with attorneys to develop and track budgets, assist with RFP responses, and provide valuable data and reports to clients and Firm leaders. This hybrid position allows for both in-person and virtual collaboration, providing a dynamic and diverse work experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and track budgets that align with client and attorney objectives, particularly with Alternative Fee Arrangements
- Create specific matter plans to better monitor performance and optimize budgeting
- Collaborate with attorneys to establish best practices and operational procedures for client relationships and matter support
- Coordinate data gathering and analysis for quarterly client reviews and presentations
- Work with IT to develop automated reports for increased efficiency
- Assist with ad hoc financial requests and provide recommendations to attorney team
- Participate in legal operations tasks for clients, such as creating process documents
- Contribute to special projects and take on additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in pricing, legal project management, or financial analysis
- Experience in the professional services industry preferred
- Ability to achieve certification in legal pricing and/or legal project management within two years
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and clear conveyance of information
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel
- Knowledge of profitability software, such as Redwood, and Power BI preferred

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
