Job Title: Legal Administrative Coordinator - Investment Management

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Administrative Coordinator (LAC) at the law firm is responsible for a wide array of administrative, secretarial, and document processing support tasks to aid the Investment Management Practice Group. Key responsibilities include:

- Utilizing Task Delegation and Workflow Management software (BigHand) to manage assignments, communicate task status, and seek guidance when necessary.
- Assisting with word processing tasks including editing and proofreading correspondence, memorandums, reports, and other communications.
- Managing phone calls, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, including arranging audio and video conferences, reserving conference rooms, and organizing set-ups.
- Maintaining and updating attorney calendars, address books, and InterAction entries.
- Assisting with time entry.
- Processing new business intake, related forms, and correspondence.
- Handling expense reports and invoices, arranging check requests, and monitoring these processes to completion.
- Arranging travel, preparing itineraries, and maintaining attorney travel and desk profiles.
- Coordinating or assisting with the printing, scanning, and copying of documents, as well as sending them.
- Providing legal research, case support, and project assistance.
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- A minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree is considered a plus.
- Previous experience in a law firm is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and Portable Document Format (PDF) software.
- Flexibility to work overtime is required.
