Job Title: Marketing Technology Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Administer and analyze data within the law firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Support the email marketing system and experience database.
- Ensure complete and accurate data in appropriate systems, starting with the CRM system.
- Review and consolidate duplicative data, creating technology solutions for data maintenance through automation and manual processes.
- Focus on utilizing strategic data to provide the law firm a competitive advantage in the legal industry.
- Handle data clean-up in the CRM system using available tools.
- Develop best practices guidelines for data entry.
- Interpret functional needs and collaborate with developers for system configuration and modification.
- Enter data provided by lawyers or other Business Development and Marketing team members.
- Ensure system controls are in place to maintain data quality.
- Create and run regular reports to update various departments.
- Create, manage, and follow data standards, processes, and procedures.
- Identify appropriate data sources for research to ensure accuracy.
- Research and resolve conflicting information.
- Communicate with end users to validate information.
- Commit to high standards for data quality, striving for precision, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Establish best practices for data analysis and analytics to drive strategic business decisions.
- Implement and use tools for better data analysis for strategic marketing.
- Develop system reports using CRM functionality and tools like PowerBI for data visualization.
- Provide superior customer service to end users.
Education and Experience Information:
- required.
- Minimum of three years of experience with reporting on data and analytics required.
- Experience working with CRM systems strongly preferred.
- Experience in a professional services firm preferred.
Salary Information:
- For Chicago-based positions: Salary range is $68,300 - $95,600.
- For Washington DC-based positions: Salary range is $74,300 - $104,000.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on education, experience, geographic market, and internal pay equity.
Additional Information:
- The position is full-time, exempt, with scheduled hours of 40+ per week.
- The workplace is hybrid.
