Job Description
The law firm of Kaufman Dolowich, located in Los Angeles and Torrance, is currently seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation and offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 - $200,000 per year. - Represent clients in all phases of employment litigation including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and motion practice

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in litigation, specifically defending federal and state wage and hour cases
- Experience handling investigations before various agencies, such as the . Department of Labor and EEOC
- Familiarity with labor law and experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board
- Admitted to practice in California and hold a JD from an ABA accredited law school
