Job Title: HR Technology & Reporting Analyst
Salary: $70,336 - $111,837 per year
Experience: 3 years' experience working with ERP system(s)

Responsibilities:

- Serve as HR Technology partner for various functional areas in Workday
- Evaluate releases and functionality to identify improvement opportunities
- Design, configure, test, and implement business process changes in Workday
- Analyze, design, and build custom reports using Workday reporting tools
- Maintain data integrity in systems and provide support for custom reports
- Build and execute testing plans for integrations, security, and annual events
- Maintain master data values in Workday
- Act as escalation resource for Tier 2 & 3 issues
- Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to improve HR and HCM knowledge
- Support HCM system by researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws
- Recommend process/customer service improvements and policy changes
- Act as liaison with third parties and other stakeholders
- Write, maintain, and support reports using appropriate tools
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs
- Maintain data integrity through analysis and querying
- Develop user procedures and documentation for training
- Stay informed of current trends in HCM technology
- Participate in user group meetings/conferences
- Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills:

- Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and data
- Experience with HCM system design, structure, and functions
- Experience with employee data management
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with HCM platform like Workday, PeopleSoft, or Oracle HCM Cloud
- Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing
- Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into operational needs
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail
- Confidentiality and accuracy in handling data
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with system-related projects
- Ability to accurately collect information and assess client needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years' experience working with ERP system(s)
