We are currently seeking highly motivated Legal Intake Specialists to join our growing team.

Job Title: Legal Intake Specialist

Job Summary:
As a Legal Intake Specialist at CCK, you will be the initial point of contact for potential clients seeking assistance with Veterans' Benefits and ERISA & Insurance matters. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through conducting interviews via telephone. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle a high volume of calls, and a strong understanding of our law practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients throughout the intake process
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards potential clients to put them at ease during a difficult time
- Learn about CCK's practice areas and become knowledgeable about the legal issues facing our clients
- Request and review all necessary documents from potential clients
- Provide detailed written summaries of potential clients' needs to attorneys

Requirements:
- High School Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of customer service experience with a high call volume
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and challenging call center environment
- Multiple language skills a plus

Additional Details:
- This is a full-time position with remote work options available in select states
- Remote work requires access to a quiet space at home with reliable internet and router
- Working hours are Monday - Friday 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm EST (11:00 am - 7:30 pm CST)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting annual salary of $41,600
