Job Title: Immigration Program Manager - Hybrid Opportunity

Job Responsibilities:
As an Immigration Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the people and operational aspects of global immigration portfolios for one or more clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Effectively managing the deliverables and work distribution for a team of US professionals and a team of LPO resources.
- Coordinating and managing client immigration matters with local providers across multiple jurisdictions outside the .
- Engaging with clients on timelines for deliverables, program resources, operational and portfolio support initiatives, and program reporting and analytics.
- Leading continuous process improvement efforts to ensure the program is operating efficiently and effectively across all streams of work.
- Developing training materials for internal team members and for client stakeholders.
- Serving as the first line of defense for troubleshooting new challenges faced by the team, whether it be new client demands or government changes.
- Reviewing client reports and feedback, and leading efforts in managing key communications to the client regarding overall program management.
- Leading the development of project operations, including complex protocols and project planning, for the execution of high-value client projects.
- Organizing daily team activities and priorities based on evolving client needs, including managing the fluctuating caseload of the team.
- Reviewing complex data reports, including quality assurance reporting to ensure data integrity.
- Supporting lead attorneys and client group leadership in identifying issues in the process, developing solutions, and overseeing implementation.
- Leading, training, and mentoring senior and junior team members (including temps) in supporting a client account team and completing projects.
- Regularly coaching, evaluating, and recognizing staff performance and accomplishments.
- Identifying inefficiencies within client account teams and working to streamline and standardize product lines to ensure repeatable best practices.
- Serving as an expert in all product lines handled by the team members, including immigrant and non-immigrant petitions.
- Supporting, training on, and implementing applicable firm operational processes, policies, and procedures.

Education and Experience:
Candidates for this position should have:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of business immigration-related experience, including 3 years managing large-scale projects, developing processes and protocols, and maintaining client relationships for a high-volume account or multiple smaller accounts.
- Experience in managing key client relationships, liaising with foreign national populations, and managing large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to partner with key client stakeholders to routinely evaluate and assess an immigration program’s strengths and weaknesses and discuss program status and goals.
- Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy; excellent knowledge and application of grammar and spelling.
- Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and proprietary operating systems.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail, handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality, manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities, and organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment, independently as well as effectively within a team.
- A commitment to the quality of the finished product and the ability to problem-solve.

Salary Information:
The salary for this role varies based on location:

- Los Angeles: The full-time salary range is $109,000 to $118,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week.
- Washington DC: The full-time salary range is $111,000 to $121,000 annually, based on a 40-hour work week.

An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay. A comprehensive package of benefits is offered, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
