The Job:
- Assist lawyers and legal professionals in representing financial institutions in bankruptcy, foreclosure, residential real estate, and mortgage law.
- Organize and track case files.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence.
- Communicate with clients and third parties.
- Ensure accuracy and timely billing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
- Paralegal certificate a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
